South African anti-apartheid campaigner Winnie Mandela has died aged 81, her personal assistant says.

Winnie Madikizela Mandela was the former wife of South Africa's first black president, Nelson Mandela.

I agree with August here. She is no loss for mankind. Just a hopelessly overestimated somebody with some very grim lows in her ethical "beliefs".

She is in good company in this regard: Ghandi, Theresa, Arafat... Heck, history is full of Satans that were forgiven by people with too short memories. Their glorifications are monuments for the stupidity of the masses.
