Merchant fleet mod

I've been looking for the Merchant Fleet mod but I haven't been able to find a working download link anywhere.
I am also looking for a way to up the amount of ships as I've been on a total of 7 patrols without spotting a hostile ship(have GWX installed)

Then go to iambecomelife's folder and look for the mod there.

Check to see if you have the 'Black Sea Campaign Files Only' or Indian Ocean Campaign Files Only' activated. If either one of those is on it shuts off all traffic for the rest of the world, to save load times and strain on the system.

Where are your patrol areas? Other than August '39, I have never been on patrol without enemy ships(I use GWX also). It may take a while, but they come. With SH3 Cmdr, you can set your own patrol area at the start of each patrol.

What is your time compression on patrol? Too fast and you might blow right by them.

Seems impossible.

a lot of em in DH and some in the middle of the ocean. I will try to grab SH3 commander.

Never leave port without SH3Cmdr.

Make sure when you d\l Cmdr you also d\l the files for GWX that go with it.

I found the Fleet Merchant mod there....but......no skin packs.....bummer....
Any idea where those may be found.
