New Interiors mod CTD

Pretty simple. I have just fresh-installed SH3 with latest GWX mod.
Then, with JGSME, I have added New Interiors mod, but no other mod at all.
When I go ingame, in a training mission, the game runs fine until I turn my head to the back of the sub, and crashes.
Any ideas or possible solution?

Have you installed the 4GB patch?
New Interiors caused CTDs for me too but they stopped after patching.

I'm also using "Ahnenerbe WideGui 1920 x 1080" in case that makes any difference.

I forgot to install the patch, thanks. Also, I had to mess with Nvidia options to fix the "black land texture" bug.
