Tired to get into subsim-ing years ago with Silent Hunter 5, could never get it working though. Pleased to see you chaps have kicked it into order since.

Now playing Cold waters. Enjoying the game very much but not sure about the external views. Its great that they are an option to see kills but surely you shouldn't be able to affect gameplay based on what you can "see" ?????

Yes... I always feel like a bit of a cheat if I do this, but sometimes you get so frustrated that the enemy just doesn't seem to be where he ought to be, it's hard to resist taking a sneaky peek outside :haha:
