We have included the effect of weather. Below I posted a screenshot. The height of the wave is 6 feet (1.8 meters). After testing, we will update the game.

Done! We added the effect of weather on the battle.
Now we are working on adding destroyers and torpedoes to games. As soon as we finish this work, we will update game.
This video demonstrates the effect of weather on artillery:

And also we made a small tutorial video on the game in a strategic TBS mode

A beautiful game. I just obtained IC2:ACW and IC2:CIW as a deal and when I saw that CII:Philipines is out I obtained that as well.
Are you interested in a German translation of the in-game texts? Or in an improvement of the English in-game texts?
What's the difference between the "Clad in Iron" and "Ironclads 2" titles? Is it a new engine?
Greetings and thanks for the beautiful games!
1. Thank you for your feedback about our games. Thank you for buying our games.
2. We would be very grateful to the person who could translate the text in the game into German. Unfortunately, we can not pay for this work, but we guarantee a free copy of any of our new games.
3. Firstly, in a new Clad in Iron games we no longer cooperate with the SFI publisher. Secondly, we improved physics and artificial intelligence, added a units supply system and the effects of weather on battles. Now we are working on adding destroyers and torpedoes to the game. In contrast to past games, we have full access to new games and we can improve them for free.
We continue work on torpedo boats and destroyers. Above the 75ft harbor spar torpedo boat Yarrow type. These boats built for the European and South American navies in the 1870s. Below is the same type, but after the modernization of the 1890s. The torpedo boat is armed with a 15in Whitehead self-propelled torpedo and the 3pdr Hotchkiss quick-firing gun.

I've seen mention of a Russo-Japanese War Scenario in the works. I'm wondering what ships will be modeled?
Basically it will be small ships, most of which you have already seen. So far we have nothing to surprise you.

Oh, I was hoping to see Mikasa, Borodino and their like. :wah:
We do what we can, not what we want. This is also a lot for a long deceased genre. The model of a battleship like Mikasa or Borodino is long and expensive. Unfortunately, there are very few fans of such games as ours. We can not immediately pay for the creation of such models. Initially, therefore, we will make the game scenario with simple models, and then we'll improve it as much as possible.

I often wonder why there isn't more sharing of content between game developers. I'd think Norm Koger could sell the model files from his games for example. It's not like it's going to hurt the sales of his games. He could really make a nice 3D interactive replacement for "Jane's Fighting Ships" out of his models also. I bet he could even sell some of those, maybe more of those than he sold copies of his game, and at a higher price. Jane's Fighting Ships of WWI is $70 on Amazon.
For large and expensive games like shooters, many ready-made models. Our period and 3dmodeld are very special. We try very hard, but our possibilities are limited. And do not forget that we have a job and a family.
CLAD in IRON: Philippines 1898 Update - June 5th, 2018
In this update, we added torpedo weapons and new types of ships to the game, and also improved the graphics:
- Now players will be able to use the ships armed with torpedoes in the strategy (TBS) and simulator (SIM) mode. Automatic and manual torpedo control is available.
- New types of ships were added: a Spanish torpedo boats destroyer and a coastal defense ship, an American auxiliary cruiser.
- American 1150t patrol gunboats rearmed with 4-inch rapid-fire (QF) weapons.
- In order to achieve a more realistic appearance in the simulator mode, we improved the water surface graphics (sea waves).
- Improved textures and detailing of all 3d models of ships.

Is it possible to build new ships in the Philippines campaign?? Do we receive reinforcements of any kind or we are stuck with what we have at the beginning of the game?
New ships can not be built. There will not be reinforcements.

SMS Hansa was a German ironclad warship built in 1868–1875. She was the first ironclad built in Germany; all previous German ironclads had been built in foreign shipyards. She was named after the Hanseatic League, known in Germany simply as Hanse, Latinized Hansa. The ship was launched in October 1872 and commissioned into the German Imperial Navy (Kaiserliche Marine) in May 1875. Designed for overseas service, Hansa was classed as an armored corvette and armed with 21 cm (8.3 in) guns in a central battery.

Lookin' pretty good!
I do have a couple of quibbles, though:
1. Everything seems to be moving really fast, like it's in Time Acceleration. This is especially so in the second video.
2. The mechanism of pausing the game and taking all that time to set up a torpedo shot seems kind of clunky. I'm not sure how I'd do it, but for me that was like freezing time as a game mechanism.
Thank you Sir!
1. Feelings of time acceleration when watching a video and during the game are very different. Acceleration is a very useful feature for the battles of large armored ships. Large guns of ironclad battleships reloading slowly, there are few such guns, and their accuracy is not very high. Without time acceleration the ironclads battles will be too long.
2. Unfortunately, in those days, torpedoes were fired very simply: ideally on direct fire. The TB or destroyer had to get as close as possible to the target and launch a torpedo. For example, in operations in the area of Port Arthur, the Japanese fleet launched 170 torpedoes, of which only 8 hit Russian ships. The success rate of torpedo attacks was 4.7%.

Do not take this as offence but just a humble opinion, among all the games you released I would say the best one or at least my favourite is this one Clad in Iron: Philippines 1898. The quality of the ship models but also its variety is beyond any other game you released, also very interesting campaign.
This one is among the best naval games I´ve seen in my life, even compared with the ones of big studios. Hopefully you can keep such standards in future releases. I think the quality of Clad in Iron Philippines is the best way to go (if better then would be perfect).
