Windows 10 1920x1080 fix?

Hi Kommandants.

Has anyone got a fix for 1920x1080 resolution on Windows 10. I am running a recent Steam install under compatibility mode OK but all the modded d3d9.dll's I have tried go to black screen after the splash scenes instead of the 'Loading' screen.

The problem „L/SH3 show only black screen… but with sound“ (only with Widescreen Mods) is solved > Latest Information By Urmel. (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2501253&postcount=969)

Activating V/Sync in the SH3 game options can make a difference.
In the saved games SH3 folder main cfg file also here.

I did the Synchronized=Yes as suggested and now can run the Res fix d3d9.dll from the Subsim downloads without a black screen crash.

Not sure if I am getting the full 1920x1080 but the video quality is greatly improved.
