Take a look at the weather report........... precipitation 0, clouds overcast ????

Who is the weatherman, BBC's Michael Fish?

Any ideas chaps or is this just a massive foul up?

Best regards.

It's an old problem with SH3, discussed almost from the first. Sometimes you'll get rain out of a clear sky. Sometimes it will look like your screen shot, and not only will the precipitation be zero but it will report no clouds at all.

It's a graphic thing that I don't think has ever been fixed.

It's in SH4 also, and if you look at the crew in that version, they're usually strolling about the deck in their skivvies, no concern for the rain...

hi Fubar2Niner,

the sh3's engine needs some time for passing from one weather condition to another. The officer ,on the other hand , is reporting the current weather so ,propably, you asked for report at a weather transition process.
i guess that after while the weather condition would have been the one that your officer said
