Issue with Silent Hunter Commander

Hi All!

It's been a while since I played SH3 because I had to get a new PC, I've been trying to get SHC but on the subsim downloads it downloads a .7Z file, am I downloading the wrong file?

SH3Cmdr32 is the latest version and is a 7 zip file containing 21,815kb of data.
