The title says it all.

I know mods out there such as GWX do this, but as I stand now, I am unable to get GWX up and running (I'm unable to get 7zip to work on my computer). Therefore, I figure a little tweaking of the Basic.cfg file will have to do for now.

I would just like a guideline so I don't end up destroying the game.

The same core issue remains; I can't open the download files for install because 7zip won't work properly.

I've wanted to test NYGM out and compare it to GWX, but...
