removing equipment upgrades?

1943 and my new VIIC comes with radar already on it.
I want to remove it...but how?

hi there lederhosen my Fellow doenitz elite flotilla Kapitan not sure if you can delete the radar equipment once you have it but you may be able to do this start an earlier say 1941 Campaign with the commander mod with same kapitans name same flotilla ect if you want to keep your renown from the academy training go out on a mini patrol go back to port add right number of days spent in port in the Commander Mod then go back out on patrol
then never install the radar upgrade when back in port a bit like not letting the egg hatch into a chicken kinda thing
my next tip is never suffer from a hangover ever again stay drunk
