Help With Steam and GWX

Due to problems with my CD-ROM copy of SHIII, I've come back to playing SHIII through Steam, and am quite glad to finally be back at the helm.

Of course, the firstthing I did was go download all of the files for GWX and prep them for install. My question is, is there any special way for installing the mod through Steam? Or is it the same as doing it on a CD copy?

(As a side note, could someone also shoot me the path for the gramaphone music files? I've got a few tracks that I bought in Leipzig for the crew to listen to.)

I had no issues installing GWX with a clean Steam version. I recently just bought it. I'm running Win7 x64 but I've heard a lot of people have problems with SH3-5 in general on windows 10.

If you have the latest Windows !0 Creator version 1703 then running any version of Silent Hunter could cause you a problem.
It is not specific to anyone version of the game.
