german voice patch for u-boat missions

Hello fellow Captains.
I just bought Silent Hunter 4 Gold, now I'm looking for the german voice patch. I've found one on Ubisofts homepage, but this one is not working for me because both my original discs are v1.3 and the patch will only apply itself to v1.0. For that exact case, Ubisoft offers an additional link, but it isn't working anymore. So, is there an existing version of the patch for 1.3 or higher. Or is there a possibility to have a german voice patch ONLY for the uboat missions? Because i'm pretty fine with english speech in american subs. :)

I made a version of the Das Boot Sound Mod for SH4. If you use it you won't get voice actors, but dialogue from the movie. It's a pretty big file, but for me it was worth it.

I have no idea. One thing you can do is get a copy of the SH3 Speech folder. The problem there is that the two are different and it would take some fiddling to get it right.

I'm pretty sure there is at least one German Speech file for SH4 made as a mod, but I don't remember by whom. I'll keep looking.

Thanks for the info. Like your soundpack btw, brings a bit more ambient sounds with it, which is good.
