Seen others use what looks to be the exact same list, so how am I screwing this up? Running Gold edition.

It's "Improved Ship Physics." It does the same to mine. I didn't try to fix it. I just deleted it and don't try to run it anymore.

Or you try my ModPack - as ISP works fine with TMO_RSRDC_OTC.
