View Full Version : Editing Campaign File?

Was going to try and edit my campaign file just now on SH4...only problem is, I can't find the Saved Games folder ANYWHERE. My saved campaign loads up just fine, but now I can't figure out where it's loading up FROM. I wanted to input enough promotions to hand out to all my crewmen who qualify for promotion, but the game isn't giving me enough promotions at the end of each patrol. Where might my Saved Games file be?

Also, I've noticed that the two officers who are ranked at LT aren't getting any XP points. I've been on four patrols now (each one very successful), and they still show their XP points as 0/20000. Thoughts?

The max rank your crew can attain is Lt. Everything after that is supposed to be player ranks only. As for your save game location, look in MyDocuments folder, should have a SH4 folder in there and everything you want is in there.

Found it...thanks! Managed to get all my enlisted promoted to PO3; now I have to figure out how to get more CPOs; I have six PO1s who are ready for CPO.

Somewhere there's a limit on how many petty officers you can have, I knew where to find it in SH3 but haven't found it in SH4.

LOL That's the mod I'm currently using. Had to tweak several game files to get it working the way I want, and here's hoping it's smooth sailing from now on. Only thing that worries me is I've been awarded two MOHs thus far...think I should substitute the Navy Cross if I'm awarded any more? :haha:
