Subsim Pirate Ensign

I got bored and started thinking today (very dangerous, I know).

I figured, submariners have often been likened to pirates in naval warfare, especially in the early 1900s. So, with a large pad pf paper, I started trying to come up with Subsim's very own black flag.

I just hit a roadblock is the issue...I don't think I have any good ideas. The best I've had so far is a captain's skull (with the peaked cap) with two crossed torpedoes behind.

I'd be glad to hear if anyone else has any suggestions or ideas...I'd be glad to let the site use it if enough people get behind it. Who knows, maybe it can be digitised and put into some of our favourite games.

Do u know the specific message U want your pirate flag to convey? Each symbol on a pirate flag actually had a specific meaning.
