Who decides, and what are the criterias, for something to become "studyable"? (:doh:)

This question arose the first time when I originially stumbled over "Gender studies". How come that the places that should be intellectually superior, and a guiding beacon, actually offer "studies" like this?

Politicians seeing that they can attract voters by following what some ideology-driven lobbyists suggest. In the end, like women-quotas as well, it is brutal egoism with a strong lobby. And of course narcissim with strong psychic issues.

The English-speaking people here have no idea of what ammounts of foolishness and idiocy we in Germany must accept when it comes around new language grammar and language rules for gender-neutral and feminist "Neusprech", (=new German language). And that is to our luck - if internaitonal people would know it, they would need to think that now the Germans have gone completely nuts.

Its also part of the wanted EU-wide relativisation of the roles of mothers and fathers in the bid for discrediting the family-institution further, and the wanted deletion of these terms from official use of languages, no matter which one.

Genderism is nonsense. There is almost nothing scientific around it, nothing. Since years, I have one eye on the deformations of sciences and academic workinging habits done int he field of femnist, gender, anti.family and anti-mother and gay-lesabian "research". Especially genderism is almost 100% ideology exclusively only. Sciences have nopthign to do with it. And biologists and medical scientiosts have repatedly shreddered and sunk genderism'S claims with facts and evidence. Which has nopt stopped the gendertists to yell and der,mand. Which is just what idoleigusts do: notcaring for reason, evidence and arugments, and just yelling louder and louder.

Needless to say, in Germany no private and business investments finance this absurdity, but the tax/protection money payer once again gets forced to finance this crap.

Also, univeristies i the Wets, and Asia as well, more and more turn for the utilaristic business model of the anglosaxon acadmeic world. Alölowed is what brings in money from paying customers. The Humboldt-ideal of what universities and the lifeitzme of studying should be, plays no role here anymore, and makes German universities to somewhat exotic places.

Maybe you have seen a week ago on ARTE this 90 minutes docu on the way the indebtment of students get more and more used to create a new business model for credit companies and how it generates a working force of depending and deplorable academics that in their working life will be too busy tio think about how to get rid of their debts as if they could start to ask plltically unwanted questions.

I knew that things have turned for the worse in past 20 years - but I did not know that it already has become this bad.

Depressing. A whole generation gets betrayed, gets sold out and ripped off. And a new credit crunsh gets created, like the crisis in the US in the early 00-years. Same pattern.

One really should think twice before investing these ammounts of money. They are not necessarily worth it, are just cult, and rip-off.
