i downloaded the Uboat compilation also known as TKSS18. I love it. I jsut have one issue. When i go up into the conning tower, and select the attack periscope it takes me infront of the the scope, but it is turned 90degrees. see the pic.

I was wondering if there is a fix, or if i can manipulate something in my gui to straighten this out?

Also I assume I install uboat compilations 1 and 2 together?

It looks like the .tga needs to be fixed. It could be as simple as rotating the image in gimp. Or a little more complicated.

Appreciate that. i just got to figure out where to start. Here is my mod soup to start. And just to point out, the conning tower periscope is the only camera that is angled like that. The rest of the mod is awesome!

Because if this is the really order of your modsoup .. I think you will have many high problems!!

This is what I am playing with right now! As far as I have been playing, the only issue is the 90 degree conning tower scope. Nothing else.

Not at my computer. Writing from iPad. I assure you this list is what I am using. Could you explain what problems you see? I have experience only the one I mentioned.

I not talk of camera node problem
I talk order of your mod list...various errors... probably you can play... but your mod list order is wrong..Stiebler patch no work good for example ..supplement always before of addon...
you play with NYGM and mep5 where are nygm fix for mep5?... these are 2 examples..
For this I ask your screenshot

Check in S3D if the camera node is well placed.

Open S3D, then open data\Interior\NSS_Uboat7_CT.dat (if you encountered the problem in a type VII submarine).

Find the right node (58 on the screenshot), and check if it is like this :

i found it, and it shows it is off. the Y and X axis is off! so do I rotate it?

Hauangua is correct. If the mod list you posted is actually the order in which you activated them with JSGME, then several of them will not work. You may have a playable game, but some of the mods will not do what they are supposed to. They may not have any effect at all. Hauangua mentioned just 2.

Warning ! You have to find in what mod the node is not correctly placed. Else, if you modify directly in the current files of the game, your correction will disappear as soon as you disable the mod in which the problem occurs, and when you enable again the mod, the problem will be there again.

Else, in order to rotate, change values in "Node positioning". The angles are in radians (180° = pi = 3,141593).

i found it in Uboat compilation. the parent and child were off. So hopefully when i load it it will work. I still want to know what mods are wrong of mine? I test my mods well, and I do not have any problems. Is there other mods that you question?

This S3D is awesome! Never tried it before. I have just opened a Pandora's box!
