Stiebler TC

I have h.sie and I use steiblers addl patches. I originally turned on the TC patch that allows you to press shift-n to remain at TC 128. I turn it off in the options selector, but it is still on. Is there a procedure or something to turn off these patches?

Never mind. It appears you need a fresh h.sie patched .exe to select new stiebler mods.
