How do I post screenshots?

You may or may not have a "Manage Attachments" button down below the first set of "Submit Reply" and "Preview Post" buttons. We'll assume you don't, so you'll need an "external" source. Photobucket is an option, though they've gotten a bit difficult to get their site to function lately. Imgur is another. There are others that my brain can't remember right now. Anyway, create an account at one of those services, upload your screen shot, and get a link to it from the site, and post that link. You also usually have to "edit" the photo with something like Gimp (freeware) or Photoshop (payware) in order to resize smaller and convert the image to JPG format from the BMP format of the capture.

Sounds like you're in a bit of a pickle... Have you got a mod installed?

Sounds like RSRD? Lurker did a great job with all the invasion forces etc .

Mods are TMO 2.5 with RSRDC. Had to give up last night, was getting late. And thanks for the advice.

He did a marvelous job. Some of those forces around the Philippines in the first weeks are huge. Also spotted ABDA forces in the Malacca Straits and off the west coast of Australia some time later. I love RSRD.

Yeah, I just finished a battle where I ran into a massive convoy. There were at least 5 fleet carriers and 3 battle wagons, plus a bunch of cruisers and only 4 DD's. Parked myself in front of the convoy, dropped to periscope depth then went to silent running and waited. After the lead DD's went by I popped up the scope and took aim on the carrier in front of me and the one behind me. In a salmon class boat I put 4 fish in each flattop and crash dived to 325' and got the hell out of dodge. At 200' I dropped to about 75 rpm and made my way out of the convoy. The DD's never even got close to dropping any trashcans on my head. But damn was it nerve-wracking.

Very nice. Always fun when stumble upon these targets.Did the sink ?

My only complaints with RSRD are that left a lot of ships set with their skill level too low(esp in early war) and some of capital ships are far too easy of prey when skill level set so low. I am currently upgrading RSRD with some missing traffic(missing convoys), removing singles except for coastal traffic after 1943(important tankers etc roaming open ocean unescorted by that point did not happen) adding ships there were not available when he built RSRD, so he had to use fill in's such as for Kaga and Akagi carriers etc. Going through the TF and convoy layers( a lot of work) upping the skill level of certain units esp escorts. Just finished upgrading the CoralSeaBattle layer in RSRD with missing ships and adding escorting DD's for Shokaku when it was heading away from Coral Sea damaged as "wounded bear".
