I am working on a new underwater env.

I have couple of questions if some one can help me. These are done with combination of SH3 commander settings Water clarity = 2 also with settings in scene.dat and Env Colors.dat . I would post this mod but without exact settings you won't have these effects. Does anyone know what file is changed for Water clarity in SH3 so i can change it manually, because some players don't use SH3 commander with same settings and won't have the same effect.
