Tutorial question...

Thought I would work through some of the tutorials before heading out.

I have hit a bit of a snag and could use some help - I have tried searching, etc. with no luck.

Under historical missions, there is a mission called "Tutorial TDC". After moving to the attack periscope station, I am told to turn on the TDC. I can find no way to do that - what am I missing? I can not progress the tutorial until this step is completed.

I have SH5 patched to 1.2 and have the latest version of TWoS installed.

I am told to turn on the TDC. I can find no way to do that Once you have located a target and lock on to it (Space Bar) the TDC will open.
