Very happy to learn they are rebooting the series and going with that amazing actress from the robot movie I like, Alicia Vikander. News is the film will mirror the TR reboot, with less over the top super hero stuff that the Jolie films had (I hope that's true).

Well, I certainly wouldn't kick her out of bed (unless she tried nicking all the duvet).

I remember her from Ex Machina as well. What a breathtakingly beautiful woman. I do not reduce women on face and body alone, but it would also be an offence to ignore beauty when it meets you this frankly.

As a trained classical ballet dancer she also has remarkable movement control which helped her to perform so exceptionally in that movie, playing an android, with sometimes imhumanely perfect smooth, fluid movements. I was stunned when seeing that. That perfection was meant to be frightening, and it was.

An ol' pistolero like myself 'preciates nubile pistoleras with 'Vike' in their name! As for what's up top Ms Jolie does not have hers any more! And just for Rockstar: an ol Bemidji, Minnesota girl and a top heavy enough 'Babe" to bring out the Blue Ox in any man!:har: Good lord! one of the biggest Mtn. ranges in 'Merica is even called The Grand Tètons! (how the West was won??!!) https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/ff/Jane_Russell_in_The_Outlaw.jpg/800px-Jane_Russell_in_The_Outlaw.jpg :k_confused:The hardware ain't always in the guns BBY! Hughes felt that the camera did not do justice to Jane Russell's bust. He employed his engineering skills to design a new cantilevered underwire bra (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underwire_bra) to emphasize her figure. Hughes added curved structural steel rods that were sewn into the brassiere under each breast cup. The rods were connected to the bra's shoulder straps. The arrangement allowed the breasts to be pulled upward and made it possible to move the shoulder straps away from the neck. The design allowed for a larger amount of bosom to be exposed. Contrary to many media reports afterward, Russell did not wear the bra during filming. According to her 1988 autobiography, she said the bra was so uncomfortable that she secretly discarded it. She wrote that the "ridiculous" contraption hurt so much that she wore it only a few minutes. But she admitted she had been tricked into revealing more of her cleavage by the film’s crew: “They had two pails put down, and they said, "Now Janie, you come down and pick up the pails." Well, I had the normal costume thing on, so I leaned down and picked up the pails; I had no idea what they were doing, and I sure found out.

If you will be so kind as to notice, she is walking and her right shoulder is pulled back causing the appearance of an improperly balanced cargo. :Kaleun_Binocular:

In the movie‚ expected to be one of 2018’s biggest when it is released on March 16‚ Alicia’s character works as a bicycle messenger in London when a clue leads her to embark on a search for her presumed-dead archaeologist father‚ played by Dominic West.

Speaking to US magazine Entertainment Weekly about her character, made famous by the 90's video game series, Alicia said : “She has all the fierce‚ tough‚ curious‚ intelligent traits but we’ve stripped away all of her experience. This is the beginning.”

Although I wish they would stop making movies where "the fate of humanity" is in the hands of the protagonist.

German critics somewhat trash it, pointing out that the movie depicts each and every living man as daft, brainless retard, and only one woman - free of any human flaws - shows signs of power, courage and a never failing guts-feeling. One critic said this is the best propaganda video that ultrafeminism could have wished for.

The trailer indeed left a big question mark above my head. Did not connect, although I have a crush on lovely Alicia.

This is the Laura Croft that I first met.

The original megasize boobies of the game heroine Lara Croft btw are result of a coder's error. He wanted to increase them by a factor of 050% but erratically typed 150%. When he wanted to correct that, the rest of the team said No, keep it. Thats why. Like with the myth of spinacci having oh so much iron in it: it hasn't, the scientist just erratically moved the decimale by one number.
