Camera - Fixed Rotation point?

Ahoy Captains,

I was wondering if there is a way to switch the external camera to follow the sub with a central pivot point like SH4?

I don't like having to continuously chase my sub to get screenshots.

Not sure about the central pivot point but using the Shift key you can move quickly to a position for that "perfect" screenshot.
