SH5 Mods

Hi All
Im a veteran player of SH3 but have not played in a long time, Im only just got some of my life back post kids. Whats the best most realistic mod/s out there for new players of SH5 ? I've got a decent rig so hardware not an issue, thanks in advance :up:

The days of mod soup lists thank goodness are over where you spend more time fixing the game than playing it.
The mega mod TWOS has over 100 mods in it and is 99.99% stable.

Thanks buddy, I think I have the steam version. Just checked that fix out and it seems a bit above my skill set to carry out. I'll post if i get any probs, thanks again
