Torpedo Refill and Lifeboats

A couple of questions boys:

- In order to refill my torpedoes, do I have to reach my home port or just any port under German control?

- How do lifeboats work? Are they just aestethic or can I actually save / shoot castaways?

I remember there was a lifeboat mod for SH5 which i used a long time ago. Its prob the same one and just cosmetic i think.

To refill your torpedoes just go to any allied port. you can also refill mid patrol using the request resupply option or near some spanish ports where german ships are located in.
