I have downloaded, the boat add on....it lives!!!...question tho, is there a mod to make the Germans actually have a accent? And two? Why does the sub continue to sink deeper then assigned depth?

Edit: the second part only happens when I'm in the red area of the depth guage.

For immerssion, you can change the spoken language to German, while keeping the text notifications in English.. Since there is only a very limited set of spoken responses, you will quickly learn to recognize them and, if you get confused in the heat of battle, you can glance at the notifications block. IMO, greatly increases your sense of being in a German boat.

Sweet, first thing that happed, when I set a couse I had selected stabbard speed ahead, and I get the American voice over I was like huh? Bap? (In my American boat I called the XO bap) lol. Thank you for that bit of advice. Do you know why the boat keeps sinking when you set a certain depth in the red zone and it just keeps diving? Even when leveled out and stopped?

I have seen other discussions about this somewhere on the forum, but not for a while. I believe it has to do with water temperature and density. The deeper you go, the colder the water, and the less buoyancy in the boat. The 500' level seems to be the break point. Go lower and you have to increase speed to maintain depth, but that might not be enough either. The added noise will only add to the problems that caused you to go that deep in the first place. Best advice: stay at 500' or above or be prepared for the consequences. Good Luck!
