Why is my 2WO a mere Matrosen Obergrefeiter? I Don't recall a shortage of officers in the Kriegsmarine in 1939.

No wonder U-181 was sunk. It only had 2 Fahnrich. Useless Midshipman Cadets In Command.

With SH3 and SH4 you are able to manipulate a full crew compliment.
With SH5 it is not possible to add new crew members to the game.

Romania is mostly the above. The Black Sea is an exception, but there might be a few pesky Russians about. (according to Clinton)

No wonder Silent Hunter is broken.
