Opening Scene

Could someone direct me to the mod that changes the opening scene to the dramatic music giving info of the beginning of the sub wars with the awesome footage in the background? Just installed on a new computer and I no longer have it or can find it. Thank you.

I use Dowly's Pearl Harbor menu (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1190). It's awesome. If you watch that and don't want to put a bunch of Japanese ships on the bottom you're dead.

Oh crap! It's the curse of the Filefront links! I'll have to fix this when I get home tonight. The link above will still be good but the download will actually happen.

I ran out of patience. Link fixed. This replaces the menus with black and white photos of the devastation in Pearl Harbor immediately after the attack. The sound track is President Franklin D Roosevelt's declaration of war on Japan, "Yesterday....December 7, 1941, a day which will live in infamy..."

If this doesn't get you in the mood for a fight, nothing can! It's just a masterpiece.:up:
