Spawning planes

Ahoj! Is in SH3 any mod or cheat to spawn German planes in campaign?

I don't know if there is one specifically, but even the stock SH3 has randomly spawned Luftwaffe showing up now and then. Once near Malta I saw a flight of 4 Ju-88s fly in and attack the island. Recently, I hit and damaged a Norwegian cargo ship, 2000 tonner, and was surfaced in rough-ish weather getting ready to deliver the killing shot, when suddenly, I started hearing a buzzing sound, slowly getting louder, then I started hearing a shrill whine coming in over that. I look up in time to see a Ju-87 Stuka come in and dive bomb my target. He scored a direct hit, and Larry Luftwaffe flies away with my score, and probably over claimed the tonnage sank too!

I play with GWX 3.0 and have installed WB USAM v11.61.3
I dont know if there is any specific mod, with an increased presence of German planes spawners are

I'm still playing Warship mod, but I had never seen Luftwaffe planes. :/
