Hi, have a problem with the the savegame. After a good 6 months once more the play begun and all Savegames from March, 2016 are not there by the play start. Only the old scores of 2013 are offered. On the record are there newer still, however, are not loaded. If the server synchronisation has switched off in the setting, it is synchronised, nevertheless, with the server! If it has also tried off-line - it is synchronised diligently. Any solutions?

If possible, please answere in German ;) Thanks.
