Yes it does, refresh the page a couple of times until the "Download" button shows and then click it. It will download in 360p mp3 - the lowest resolution but good enough for 1024x768 and similar sizes.

I use "Flash Video Downloader" with the large blue arrow that points down.

I like to keep a 'library' of videos to watch when I'm in the hospital ( which is quite often).

I may have a solution for your download problems. I have been using a program for video downloads that has a really good free version; I have recommended this to a few of the other members who had similar problems; this software is very, very simple to use and allows you to select the quality of the final download, download subtitles (if available), and download audio only; it also will work with a number of video sites other than YouTube:

A caveat on clipconverter.cc: I used this online service before I found 4KDownloader, and, at the time I was using it, found it would sometimes opt to present a choice of only lower definition downloads rather than present all the available choices; also, and I don't if this still holds true, ClipConverter would sometimes either bring up popups or do re-directions to other sites; again, it has been some time since I have used it, so maybe these are no longer problems...
