Well done! You have most of the mental strengths needed to be a good athlete, but you may struggle to challenge Usain Bolt and Co to get on the medals podium

Despite me being tired, I still try to get to the gym twice a week.


I never succeed though :88)

I was told I am a daydreamer so I might move on from trying to take up exercises to daydream about it.

Oh well... It may come as no surprise that you don't seem to have the mental habits of an Olympian but you can still enjoy sport and exercise as a way of keeping active.

I'm a fitness fan at 66 years old!?!:haha: Only fitness work I do is getting out of bed,lol
