Unable to click things in the career menu

Hey everyone! So my problem is that while I'm in the career menu in Silent Hunter 3, I am unable to click on certain things such as the U-boat upgrades desk, the desk where I can view my medals and transfers. I can still click on the options desk, the missions board, and everything else besides these 2. It's strange because the game ran just fine until completing my most recent mission. I've tried restarting the game and loading the mission and completing it again. Nothing seems to be working so if anyone knows what might fix this problem I'd love to hear from you.

You are probably in the wrong port.

Your homebase may have changed. The Germans used some French harbours after the occupation of France.

You should have got a message - either at the beginning of your patrol or during your patrol via radio.

You are in summer/autum 1940, right?

Ah yes that may be it. It's July 1940 right now and my original home base was Wilhelmshaven.

Edit: Just loaded up the game and it turns out I do have a new home base. Thanks for the help Mittelwaechter! I feel kind of stupid since it was such a simple issue to fix.
