Nav map color

I'm looking to change the color of the nav map, not night filter, but the regular blue color. I know where the texture is but can't find the color. Help please.

you mast change the files in

data\Terrain\Maps

i add grades grid and get opaque color.

that just takes me to RAW and RL files. It does nothing as far as the nav map Color goes. I want to change the color of the blue nav map to brown like the real ones were.
