re-nown re-configuration

HI. I remember re-configuring the renown in the Data Files some how. I can't remember how to do it anymore. Can anyone help ? I've been away from the game for awhile but I'm back.
Also, how do I change the "picture" of myself. I've tried but I'm some what computer illiterate. Thanks........

Assuming your referring to SH3, Documents/SH3/data/cfg/Careers/(Your captains name here)/Patrols_0. Open it with notepad, scroll down to the last patrol listed, and near the bottom find DeltaRenown, change it to what you want, save it and your done.
