No refuel at Milch Cow !

Am playing TWoS Drumbeat. After interminable time I reached what I thought was the 'Milch Cow' denoted by a red x. Fuel was down to about 60% and suddenly I received the New Mission symbol and the refuel? was noted as 'Finished' and to proceed to next objective. My fuel quantity remained the same 60%, I did not see any 'Milch Cow' or any way to refuel. What have I done wrong? :-?

Hi ktr
IIRC your radio guy has to request this.
You click on his orders and then you can replenish at sea.
This can only be done once in a patrol so you need to allow enough fuel to get back to your home port.
