:hmmm: if you fill the green bar to 100 % ( like bow torpedo etc ) do you get a bonus for adding men to it ??

also, if an officer and just a few give you 100% do you need to add others ??

No. The green bar shows the efficiency at this station. If the bar is completely green, then this station is at peak efficiency, and the shortest load time for a torpedo could be achieved.

Personally I have never seen a 100% green station.

YOU CAN ACHEIVE A FULL GREEN BAR. IF ALL YOUR CREW ARE IN THERE TRADE. I.E. TORPEDO/ ENGINE ROOM. ETC. USE SH3 COMMANDER TO ASSIGN CREW TRADES AND ALSO WARRENT OFFICERS(THOSE WITH BROWN BATTLEDRESS JACKETS ON) AND ALSO ASSIGN YOUR OFFICERS. IE. TORPS OR REPAIR.ETC.
