This story pretty much makes my ex-enlisted blood boil http://www.washingtonpost.com/sf/investigative/wp/2016/05/27/fat-leonard/

If I was in charge the Naval Academy and all Navy ROTC would suspend classes and no one would graduate this year until I figured out a way to instill ethical behavior in my future officer corps.

Those involved in this would face treason charges as well. Is treason something that military courts can even charge someone with? It should be.

Nimitz, Halsey, Spruance, Fletcher, etc must be rolling in their honorable graves this Memorial Day. :arrgh!:

Somebody should pay!

I agree after reading your post ... I had heard of this, but I have had very little time to investigate the story behind the story.

Those men you mention are from another era and they can never be replaced, but I bet they would have had this man executed/shot dead :yep:
