Game goes black..help please

Got my game all modded up..and was playing fine,..went to play it today..I get all the way to the "load game" screen..hit the game to load..then the screen just goes black..nothing..I hit ctrl alt delete to bring up task manager..and see the game is not responding..no other games experiencing issues..I did a latest graphics driver update last night..but not having any issues with other games...nvidia geforce titan..anyone have any thoughts, or whats going on?

can u post your mod list ??? if u use TWOS the loading time is a bit longer .......do not panic w8

Thanks Sjizzle..I did a file verify through uplay...and it said corrupted files...it basically..well I think..wiped out my mods..so I just let it update..and then reinstalled the mods..now its all working..very strange!
