Win7 to Win10 Finally

Yes, I finally purchased a gaming computer, fully loaded. Now I want to soup- up SHV. It is installed (bare) and ready for the NEWEST mods.
Any suggestions on which mods to install? The proper order?
I'm open to any advice.

Note: I did keep my Win7 fully loaded with SH3, SH4, and of course SHV. Didn't want the Win10 to be a complete failure with nothing to turn to for my FIX!
