My crew replies 3 times!?

Hello all,
Lately when i issue certain orders, like go to periscope dept, man deck gun, change course, etc. My crew replies 3 times, "yes sir, yes sir, yes sir".

Anyone else experienced this? have any idea what could be wrong?
the voices in SH4 are obnoxious enough, hearing the same 3 times gets annoying.

BTW, im running vanilla sh4 + ubm 1.5, no mods at all

EDIT: I just remember, the previous statement is not 100% true lol, i am running a small mod that adds a nomograph to the map/chart view (but i dont see it having any relation).

I run TMO among other mods and the crew will reply 3 times sometimes. I just ignore it and pretend that it is my command being sent to the different compartments in preparation for a dive or other maneuver. Not sure how to fix it, maybe someone else can help in that aspect.

That's how I see it too! Or even as several guys all together acknowledging my command.

Would be nice just to have it reduced to 1 'Yes, sir'

It seems to happen completely at random too, i played for about an hour, and for the first maybe 40 minutes it dint happen. Then it started happening again.

It's a known bug, or feature, depending on how you look at it.

LOL Had that happen once. Gave me a mini heart attack and had to check my torpedo loadout! :har:
