Really getting tired of Sub Commander

After many installs and different mods, I finally found a setup I liked with GWX. Everything is working fine, about 4 patrols so far and I decided to give sub commander another try. I do not play dead is dead so if I die I usually reload.

Installed sub commander and started my 5th patrol, everything worked fine, I died :(
I exited and reloaded via sub commander, of course sub commander didn't see my career anymore because I died and when I loaded a saved game of course it crashed.. ARHHGGGG

ok, I went back to sub commander and did a roll back, sure enough my career is there and I now started my career again with my 5th patrol, using the same saved game originally that worked.

nope, another CTD.. really annoying, there has to be some sort of a fix, no?

EDIT** just tried to uninstall sub commander and I'm still completely screwed, I really hate this program, I think back many years ago now when I had this same issue, with many different systems/mods, I'm seeing now that this program has been the issue the entire time.

so now I can't ever load that patrol again? so annoying

Well I was able to at least save my campaign, after I uninstalled sub commander I forgot to uninstall the gwx files, using the all in one .exe program.

You must install. S h3 commander file for GWX
You find this file in "download"

I did, look at my reply to my post.

I downloaded SH3 commander , then downloaded the GWX .exe to install the files needed to sub commander and GWX.

I really need a solution here, this is insane !

I'd like to help, but I've never had the problem you seem to be experiencing. I've used SH3 Commander for years now, with nothing like that.
