After loading both of these mods together, it seems to crash just as the game is about to fully load. Anyway to make this work?

RFB is not for SH3 i think Are you using MFM?

If, as Ivanov suggested, you are trying Real Fleet Boat, that is a mod for SH4 and will definitely make SH3 crash.

If, as he asked you meant the Merchant Fleet Mod, that is a huge mod and requires the 4-Gig patch, which lets the game use more memory. The easiest way to find it is here.
