No Time Compression Display

I haven't played for a while, I'm using no mods and playing with a new monitor @ 2560x1440. I don't see the time compression display. Is there a hot key or am I missing something.

to speed up the time use the "+" and "-" numpad keys and u will see the time Compression on the top right side corner of the screen
