Remove medals - ex.: How to remove the 1944 front clasp

Please do this if you have been awarded this in SH3 automatically in 1939 already.

go into your documents\SH3\...\careername folder\careers_0.cfg

find all instances of "Medal8=2" and change the "2" to "-1".
