Tony Burton, who starred as Tony "Duke" Evers in Rocky, has died.
Tony starred in the Rocky movies, 1 through 6. Tony was the trainer and mentor to the character Apollo Creed played by Carl Weathers . Carl himself was in the initial four Rocky movies. Tony Burton was unable to see the latest Rocky movie, Creed, due to Illness.
