Russia's submarine fleet is one of the most capable in the world, perhaps second only to that of the United States.
And it is only getting better.
Although a holdover from the Cold War, Russia has been steadily investing in and modernizing its fleet in both capabilities and range.

Too bad we can't find them all in one place, uh?

couldn't have done this in the 1980's without a huge piece of paper!

In the other news:
- new SSN class announced ("Huski")
- it will carry Zircon (sub launched Zircon confirmed, most likely would go on Yasen and Oscar-III boats as well).
- Zircon is in testing.

Too bad we can't get along with each other and just have a laser tag submarine war game with the results on a big board in Colorado.

Paint ball PDC's (practice depth charges)

no launching of missiles ... darn rules keep getting the way of real war, uh?

But 72 missiles in VLS cells make muh Oscar-III cool!
