Are there any submarine games where you are the captain of an Israeli submarine?

I was visiting someone in the hospital years ago, when I looked over the shoulder of another visitor, and he was playing a submarine game, and he was driving an Israeli GAL class submarine. I just got a brief look at it, but now I wish I had asked what game he was playing.

I have not heard of any subsim like that. But I would be interested in learning more about it, if it still exists.

Might have been a mod for Dangerous Waters or Sub Commander. The Gal is a modified Type 206, a modern boat so she'd be more at home in either of those two sims. I know that Sub Command had SCX and SCU which meant you could use a whole number of different boats, I used to quite enjoy taking the Russian Sierra-II class B-534 out for a spin, my best friend used to take an Alfa K-123 because he enjoyed the ability to outrun his own torpedoes, which admittedly can be quite useful at times. :haha:
