Possible to switch out torpedoes?

Is this possible to exchange a torpedo in a tube with one in reserves? I wanted to switch out my g7es that were given to me via default loadout in resupply to g7as that I have in reserves.

It is possible, but you have to have at least one free tube can first take away those who want to change their place to put others
This is in charging mode of external reserve
