Questions about U-boat equipment

I have a few questions about U-boat equipment, and I haven't been able to find answers on the internet so far.

Would anyone here be able to tell me:

When torpedo types (i.e. TI, TIII) and specialised versions (i.e. TI FaT I, TIII LuT II) entered service?

When radar types (i.e FuMO 29, FuMo 30) and radar detection (i.e. Metox, Naxos) entered service?

And, when flak types (i.e. 20mm C/30, 20mm C/38) and mountings (i.e. 20mm C/30 Zwilling, M42 Zwilling) entered service?

The best source would probably be Campbell's Naval Weapons of World War Two, but NavWeaps (http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WTGER_WWII.htm) has already used it as a source, so it's about as close as you're going to get.
